Key performance areas:
- To implement and maintain the CIPC’s remuneration strategy;
- To monitor the implementation of the remuneration strategy, identify trends, and improve the efficacy of the remuneration strategy;
- To provide guidance and support to divisions and employees in relation to remuneration matters;
- To build and manage a strong team and ensure adherence to all relevant human resource policies;
- To assist in the management of the business unit;
- Applicants may, as a step in the recruitment process, be subjected to a competency assessment. In addition, the successful candidate must be prepared to undergo a process of security clearance prior to appointment.

Requirements
Required Minimum Education/training:
- National Diploma/B. Degree in Human Resource Management or Public Administration
- SARA Global Remuneration Practitioner certification an advantage
Required Minimum Experience:
- 5 years’ remuneration and benefits environment
