Key performance areas:

  • To implement and maintain the CIPC’s remuneration strategy;
  • To monitor the implementation of the remuneration strategy, identify trends, and improve the efficacy of the remuneration strategy;
  • To provide guidance and support to divisions and employees in relation to remuneration matters;
  • To build and manage a strong team and ensure adherence to all relevant human resource policies;
  • To assist in the management of the business unit;
  •  Applicants may, as a step in the recruitment process, be subjected to a competency assessment. In addition, the successful candidate must be prepared to undergo a process of security clearance prior to appointment.

Requirements

Required Minimum Education/training:

  • National Diploma/B. Degree in Human Resource Management or Public Administration
  • SARA Global Remuneration Practitioner certification an advantage

Required Minimum Experience:

  • 5 years’ remuneration and benefits environment
