Job brief

• We are looking for Sales Closers to assist new clients/students with onboarding activities that will help maximize our company growth.
• Sales Closer responsibilities include selling of our property education related programs.
• To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of sales techniques and the ability to use skills to onboard new students.

Requirements and skills

• Experience in sales is a must
• Min. 3 year experience in cold calling and selling via phone/online is a must
• Familiarity with role-playing activities and e-learning platforms/online courses
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate people
• Problem-solving skills
• Additional sales training is a plus
• Caring, confident personality with exceptional work ethics and sales skills.
• Sales superstars who love changing lives with education and making money in the process are welcome!
• Experience with insurance cold calling is a plus
• Johannesburg Based (Office + Remote)
• Can work some of the weekends
• Comfortable selling via Zoom or phone

• Applicants who have experience with cold calling will have added advantage
