Minimum Requirements    

Requirements:

• A degree or diploma in a relevant field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a warehousing or distribution environment.
• Proficiency in working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Experience in staff management and leading a team.
• Ability to work flexible shift patterns.

Duties and Responsibilities    
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the shift and ensure optimal picking productivity.
• Facilitate the smooth handover of information to the next shift.
• Monitor and ensure the availability of an adequate number of picking staff.
• Oversee the availability and maintenance of appropriate material handling equipment (MHE).
• Supervise the picking process and handle associated administrative tasks.
• Report and track shift attendance accurately.
