ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage end-to-end delivery of special sales projects focused on bulk customer deals
- Act as a primary point of contact between Sales, delivery teams, and customers
- Oversee sales processes related to the projects, ensuring smooth handoffs
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including timelines
- Use data-driven insights to monitor project progress and ensure team alignment.
- Identify risks and resolve issues that may impact timelines or outcomes
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and communication
- Support contract negotiations and manage change requests.
- Provide regular reports on project status to senior management and customers
Requirements
Knowledge, skills, and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Project Management, or a related field.
- At least 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in a Sales or customer-facing environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships with senior leadership, sales teams, delivery teams, and customers.
- Experience in managing contract negotiations, change requests, and large deals.
- Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results under pressure.
