ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  •  Manage end-to-end delivery of special sales projects focused on bulk customer deals
  • Act as a primary point of contact between Sales, delivery teams, and customers
  • Oversee sales processes related to the projects, ensuring smooth handoffs
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including timelines
  • Use data-driven insights to monitor project progress and ensure team alignment.
  • Identify risks and resolve issues that may impact timelines or outcomes
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and communication
  • Support contract negotiations and manage change requests.
  • Provide regular reports on project status to senior management and customers

Requirements

Knowledge, skills, and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Project Management, or a related field.
  • At least 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in a Sales or customer-facing environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships with senior leadership, sales teams, delivery teams, and customers.
  • Experience in managing contract negotiations, change requests, and large deals.
  • Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results under pressure.
