  • Developing & maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders & clients
  • Practicing excellent work quality & professional conduct
  • Managing a portfolio of numerous campaigns from concept through to final roll-out
  • Compiling detailed/informative briefs for creative and strategic departments
  • Ability to unpack briefs, and understand what is required from the client
  • Scheduling & arranging client meetings with all relevant parties
  • Creative reviews of all work which comes out of Studio
  • Strategic approach to briefs and work within the Sixty60 portfolio
  • Overseeing the management of related logistics for client projects
  • Fully immersing yourself within the Sixty60 portfolio and team
  • Ensure that you and the team are well prepared for client meetings
  • Liaise with appropriate colleagues & departments to ensure a job is actioned
  • Supporting point of contact for clients in the absence of other team members
  • Compiling accurate, detailed status reports for internal & external status meetings
  • Serving as traffic management within the Studio to ensure consistent delivery of jobs
  • Following existing Studio processes and creating new processes where needed
  • Accountability for all Sixty60 communication and deliverables
  • Assisting the other Key Account managers and Studio Manager with administration/support where needed

Requirements

  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (incl. Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel) essential.
  • Enthusiastic/ confident/ professional / diplomatic.
  • In depth understanding of various digital platforms and social media trends
  • Team player with initiative and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Able to cope under pressure, work with tight deadlines and handle diverse activities.
  • Reliable, organized and attention to detail.
  • Have a solution-driven attitude.
  • Must have a passion for client delivery and service.  
  • Strong organisation and administration skills essential. 
  • Accountable with good follow-through.
  • Hard-working and proactive.
  • Exceptional time management skills.
  • Comfortable working independently and within a team.
  • Prior relevant years work experience as an account manager or similar.
  • Working knowledge of Workbook – advantageous.
  • Driver’s license and own reliable transport essential.
