Technical Sales Representative needed at Helderberg Personnel

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Driving new business development within the Western Cape region
• Building and managing a strong customer portfolio and identifying new business opportunities
• Conducting site surveys, assessing customer requirements, and providing tailored HVAC solutions
• Preparing and following up on quotations while maintaining accurate sales records
• Collaborating with internal teams to develop and execute business strategies
• Achieving sales targets and preparing monthly sales forecasts
• Attending technical and sales meetings as required

Criteria

• Minimum of 4 years’ technical sales experience within the industrial sector (e.g. generator and / or HVAC industry)
• Strong knowledge of airside products and solutions
• An engineering qualification will be advantageous (Mechanical, HVAC, or related field) or equivalent technical experience in any of these fields
• Proven ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
• High proficiency in English: Written and verbal
• Strong computer literacy
