Minimum Qualifications / Experience

  • Grade 12 or equivalent NQF Level 3 qualification
  • A tertiary qualification will be beneficial
  • Previous experience managing time & attendance data in the Web Register System will be an advantage
  • High Work ethic
  • Ability to effectively engage and work with teams across all levels in the business
  • Must be computer literate, and fully competent in the use of all Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Strong Attention to detail and accuracy

Duties and Responsibilities (Not limited to):

  • Generate and maintain employee’s time and attendance on the Web Register System
  • Run various management reports from the Web Register system
  • Co-ordinate overtime and shift planning in conjunction with the areas to which assigned
  • Capture employee approved leave requests
  • Verify attendance and hours worked
  • Record and manage travel vouchers, travel claims, leave forms, etc
  • Provide employees with leave reports on request
  • Attend to employees’ queries
  • Monitor, capture and print time sheets for employees
  • Ensure compliance
