Minimum Qualifications / Experience
- Grade 12 or equivalent NQF Level 3 qualification
- A tertiary qualification will be beneficial
- Previous experience managing time & attendance data in the Web Register System will be an advantage
- High Work ethic
- Ability to effectively engage and work with teams across all levels in the business
- Must be computer literate, and fully competent in the use of all Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Strong Attention to detail and accuracy
Duties and Responsibilities (Not limited to):
- Generate and maintain employee’s time and attendance on the Web Register System
- Run various management reports from the Web Register system
- Co-ordinate overtime and shift planning in conjunction with the areas to which assigned
- Capture employee approved leave requests
- Verify attendance and hours worked
- Record and manage travel vouchers, travel claims, leave forms, etc
- Provide employees with leave reports on request
- Attend to employees’ queries
- Monitor, capture and print time sheets for employees
- Ensure compliance
