We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Traffic Manager to join our marketing team. The Traffic Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless flow of creative projects from inception to completion. You will act as the linchpin between our clients and the design team, coordinating all aspects of creative briefs, and ensuring that the final designs are shared with the relevant stakeholders efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a traffic management role, preferably within the advertising, marketing, or sports betting industries.
  • Strong understanding of digital and print advertising standards and formats.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to manage communications across various stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field is preferred.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Liaise closely with clients to gather all necessary details for creating comprehensive and effective creative briefs.
  • Prepare and manage creative briefs, ensuring they are aligned with client expectations and project objectives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the design team, facilitating clear and timely communication.
  • Coordinate and manage the workflow of creative projects, ensuring they are completed within specified timelines.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Share completed designs with clients and other relevant stakeholders, gathering feedback and facilitating any required revisions.
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of digital and print advertising standards and formats to ensure all creative output complies with industry best practices.
  • Work closely with the marketing and design teams to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
