- We are looking for candidates holding BSc or BEng in Electrical Engineering or similar. Preferably you will be professionally registered with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA). Your role will involve technical delivery and project management within a team but also working individually on various projects.
- We are interested in all, or some of the skills and experience listed below, though not every single point is required to be considered.
- Background in the design and delivery of EHV and HV (765kV-132kV) Substations, Primary or Secondary Plant along with skills in Analysis of these networks for AIS and GIS substations.
- Client/project management in the capacity of a technical lead on project tasks
- Hands-on knowledge of substation design software such as: CDEGS and others
- Ability to conduct lightning protection studies
