  • We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 7+ years of expertise in the telecommunications industry, particularly with a strong focus on networking. The ideal candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects while ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets. Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

  • Lead and manage multiple telecommunications projects, including network design, implementation, upgrades, and optimization.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and budgets.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery within the defined scope and quality standards.
  • Identify, mitigate, and manage project risks and issues proactively.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Act as the primary liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to provide project updates, address concerns, and gather feedback.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with third-party vendors and service providers.

Technical Expertise:

  • Provide leadership in networking-related projects, including LAN/WAN, wireless systems, VoIP, and other network infrastructure initiatives.
  • Ensure project deliverables align with current industry standards and emerging technologies.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of networking solutions into broader telecommunications systems.

Team Leadership:

  • Manage cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and other project contributors.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive environment to achieve project objectives efficiently.
  • Mentor team members, providing guidance on best practices in project and network management.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, reports, and change logs.

  • Ensure all projects comply with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years in project management within the telecommunications industry, with significant exposure to networking projects.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A PMP certification or equivalent is highly desirable.

Technical Skills:

  • In-depth understanding of networking technologies, protocols, and systems (e.g., LAN/WAN, MPLS, VPN, SD-WAN, VoIP).
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello).
  • Familiarity with telecommunications infrastructure and standards.

Soft Skills:
