Job description

  • Handling all direct complaints and following up to ensure all complaints are resolved
  • Making stock orders
  • Placing orders and filling invoices
  • Directing all warranties
  • Monthly statement printing and distribution
  • Direct customer service inquiries.
  • General administrative duties.
  • Data Capturing on various systems

Minimum requirements

  • National Senior Certificate / Matric / Grade 12 Certificate (Completed)
  • 2-5 Years experience in a customer-facing position
  • Effective planning and organisational skills.
  • Computer skills
  • Able to multi-task.
  • At least two years experience in a similar position.
  • Good command of English.
  • If a candidate can Speak and Understand Afrikaans it will be advantageous.
  • The ability to cope with a diversity of tasks in a high pressure environment.
  • Good command of MS Word and MS Excel.
  • Excellent communicator with a strong sense for urgency.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills 
  • High frustration tolerance
  • Enthusiastic and lively demeanor
  • High customer service orientation
