Job description
- Handling all direct complaints and following up to ensure all complaints are resolved
- Making stock orders
- Placing orders and filling invoices
- Directing all warranties
- Monthly statement printing and distribution
- Direct customer service inquiries.
- General administrative duties.
- Data Capturing on various systems
Minimum requirements
- National Senior Certificate / Matric / Grade 12 Certificate (Completed)
- 2-5 Years experience in a customer-facing position
- Effective planning and organisational skills.
- Computer skills
- Able to multi-task.
- At least two years experience in a similar position.
- Good command of English.
- If a candidate can Speak and Understand Afrikaans it will be advantageous.
- The ability to cope with a diversity of tasks in a high pressure environment.
- Good command of MS Word and MS Excel.
- Excellent communicator with a strong sense for urgency.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- High frustration tolerance
- Enthusiastic and lively demeanor
- High customer service orientation
