Qualifications:
- Matric/Grade 12
- 120 FAIS credits on NQF level 4 or a full FSCA aligned qualification as per legislation, is an advantage
- Regulatory exam (RE5) advantageous
Experience:
- Minimum 1 years’ applicable Short term Insurance Customer Service and Claims experience
- Minimum 6 months Contact Centre experience
Knowledge and Skills:
- Multilingual, including English
- Problem solving skills
- Empathetic
- Ability to cope under pressure
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Computer literate (MS office including Outlook)
- Excellent telephone etiquette
