Regional Business Partner
- Partnering with line management stakeholders to support improving team environments and managing any HR questions or Employee Relations cases which might arise.
- Partner with managers and employees on HR initiatives.
- Support the HR stream of integration projects and ensure compliance of employment transfers into the business.
- Manage Employee Relations issues including disciplinary, grievance, performance, and redundancy processes, providing advice and guidance to the business on all employee related matters ensuring best practice and legal compliance.
- Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge and awareness of new and existing employment legislation in the jurisdiction that you operate.
- Support the completion of HR Audit & Due Diligence activity for your local HR department in the jurisdiction that you operate and support solutions suggestions to your manager for any issues or failings in HR processes.
- Mobility – support the Mobility team, line managers, PMs and employees with the relocation of new employees or current employees for projects.
- Health and Safety – Provide support and education to Managers and staff towards a healthy and safe work environment.
- Support the transfer of HR information to People Service as needed for payroll and other routine processes.
- Support the compliance of managers and teams with local HR policies in the jurisdiction that you operate.
- Support ongoing deployment and adoption of Workday HRIS.
CASS (FCA Client Assets Sourcebook) Scope
- This role is not in scope for activities which have a direct or indirect impact on CASS processing which takes place within FNZ for FNZ and/or FNZ’s clients.
- There is a requirement to remain up to date with CASS developments and changes as communicated with FNZ.
Experience required:
- Experience working in a generalist role within a fast-paced environment, with a strong commercial entrepreneurial spirit.
- The desire to be a significant contributor to the business in a fun, dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Exposure to running the design, implementation and reporting of employee engagement and culture projects.
- Strong facilitation and consultancy skills; able to consult on a range of relatively complex people issues with a proven ability to deliver against a range of conflicting demands.
- Able to quickly establish credibility and maintains positive & productive working relationships with colleagues.
- Organised and proactive, with the drive to deliver results and manage self effectively.
- High impact as a communicator – verbally, written and in meetings.
