Minimum Requirements    

• Relevant Tertiary Qualification | B Eng Degree, B Tech Degree or N Diploma
• Sound knowledge of maintenance and asset management
• Business Analysis experience
• Experience using reporting tools. Eg. Insights, Wyn report, Power BI, Qlik
• Project management

Duties & Responsibilities    

• Requirement Analysis: Understanding client or stakeholder needs and translating them into technical requirements
• Solution Design: Designing software or hardware solutions that meet client requirements and align with best practices
• Configuration: Configuring systems or software according to design specifications
• Integration: Integrating new systems with existing infrastructure, ensuring compatibility and seamless operation
• Testing: Conducting thorough testing to identify and resolve any issues or bugs before deployment
• Deployment: Overseeing the deployment process, ensuring smooth implementation without disruptions to operations
• Training: Providing training and support to end-users or stakeholders to ensure they can effectively use the new systems
• Documentation: Creating documentation for deployed systems, including configuration details, troubleshooting guides, and user manuals
• Support: Providing ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance post-implementation to address any issues or concerns
• Asset identification and verification projects: Lead and manage AIV projects
• Project Management: Manage Projects effectively and profitably, as defined in the client proposal, service level agreement (SLA) or project plan
