Job Responsibilities:

• Assisting with training and upskilling
• General Administrative tasks
• Attend relevant meetings
• Backup assets to Team Drive
• Uploading assets to Vimeo
• Uploading assets to Google Drives
• Brainstorm ideas for storyboarding
• Create SRT’/CC for videos and animations
• Solo moderate complexity adhocs
• Solo moderate complexity projects
• Implement feedback on moderate complexity projects
• Project exports
• Collaborate with the broader creative team 
• Deliver your work on deadline
• Learn to interpret briefs/storyboards. 
• Actively keep communication open. Not only to advance your creative thought process, but to stick to guidelines.

Requirements:

• Must be versed and have an intermediate understanding of Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro
• Must have a basic understanding of Adobe Illustrator and Audition
• Work experience in a digital work environment
• Good problem solving skills
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
• Communication skills both written and verbal
• Degree in relevant field preferable but not required
• Willingness to work remotely
• Preferably 3 or more years in a similar role
• Must be eligible for employment in South Africa.

Advantageous:

• Good understanding of illustration/art.
• Knowledge of the entire Adobe suite
• Knowledge of live-action film, editing and colour-correcting
• Understanding of sounds editing
• 3D animation
• Knowledge of After Effect plugins and expressions
