Job Description :

• The role is responsible for ensuring all OTC operation tools are fully operational and meets business requirements.
• The role is responsible for ensuring critical business projects (new innovations, New systems, New technology, new customer routes etc) are supported with business case, SOW, project role out plans and executed OTIF without errors.

These include:

• CIC and Genesis is fully operation
• Constant improvement in ‘ways of working’ through innovation, simplification, automation.  Systems development, testing, UAT and implementation
• Onboarding and implementation of EDI, Diageo EDGE and D1 order platforms
• Automated performance dashboards
• Lead introduction of ‘new order types / sources into SA – new transport zones and updating DTP, Process
• Project Lead – when required in OTC
• Capability – commercial acumen OTC
• Review of BCP’s and simulations
• Represents OTC in cross function workstreams / Projects
• Arranging of internal / external training – to support Customer service, Quality assurance and capability building.
