Responsibilities
- Providing timely technical resolution to customer lifecycle issues
- Implementing complex business and customer solutions into the customer’s environment
- Providing customer engagement pre-sale to ensure technical environments and expertise requirements
- Capturing actionable insights on the customer’s technical operating environments to advise product/development teams to plan product features
- Resolving customer problems or coordinate internal and external resources to get problems escalated and influence product direction
- Identifying opportunities for additional products or implementation projects with customers to drive NET POS across the business
Requirements
- Experience with at least second line support specifically on software applications
- Experience in database support
- Demonstrate advanced problem-solving experience involving leading teams in identifying, researching/coordinating the resources necessary to effectively troubleshoot/diagnose complex issues.
- Have prior success extracting/translating findings into alternatives/solutions
