Responsibilities

  • Providing timely technical resolution to customer lifecycle issues
  • Implementing complex business and customer solutions into the customer’s environment
  • Providing customer engagement pre-sale to ensure technical environments and expertise requirements
  • Capturing actionable insights on the customer’s technical operating environments to advise product/development teams to plan product features
  • Resolving customer problems or coordinate internal and external resources to get problems escalated and influence product direction
  • Identifying opportunities for additional products or implementation projects with customers to drive NET POS across the business

Requirements

  • Experience with at least second line support specifically on software applications
  • Experience in database support
  • Demonstrate advanced problem-solving experience involving leading teams in identifying, researching/coordinating the resources necessary to effectively troubleshoot/diagnose complex issues.
  • Have prior success extracting/translating findings into alternatives/solutions
