Primary Responsibilities:

  • Actively seek out new vehicle sales opportunities by approaching potential customers, making cold calls, and attending networking events
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Conduct thorough vehicle demonstrations and test drives to showcase the features and benefits of our new vehicles
  • Provide accurate and timely information about pricing, availability, and financing options to customers
  • Collaborate with the finance department to secure financing and complete sales transactions
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by the sales manager
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, new vehicle models, and competitor offerings

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in automotive sales or a similar role (experience with new vehicles is preferred)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Customer-focused with a strong commitment to providing exceptional service
  • Proficient in using sales and CRM software
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings

Education:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is a plus
