- We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales Executive for used vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars and sales, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and social media
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Showcase used vehicles to customers and demonstrate their features and benefits
- Guide customers through the sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal
- Negotiate prices with customers to achieve profitable sales margins
- Conduct test drives and assist customers with financing options if needed
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to remain competitive in the market
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, particularly in the automotive industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Knowledge of used vehicle models, features, and market trends
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
