A perfect opportunity for a senior student or qualified actuary looking to gain exposure to database management systems, solvency assessment and shareholder management. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Compiling and presenting of solvency results as required by the Financial Soundness Standard for Insurers, including responding to queries from stakeholders.
  • Integrating liability databases into the solvency reporting process.
  • Continuous improvement and automation of existing processes.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks such as investigations into solvency changes, stress tests and ICS calculations that may be required.

Experience & Knowledge

  • Actuarial modelling and data analytic skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of life insurance products
