This role will assist with making the existing competition irrelevant and capturing new demand.

PayJoy is looking for someone to reduce any friction in service and operations delivery by creating an environment of success where team members feel empowered and able to do their jobs, which, in turn, ensures that customers are delighted with the service they receive.

Responsibilities

 

  • Develop and execute a business strategy for exceptional service by implementing best in class technologies and practices, promoting a customer-centric business approach
  • Work collaboratively and partner with different departments to drive customer satisfaction and overall operational efficiency
  • Oversee recruitment, hiring and training of new employees on all customer support teams
  • Monitor team productivity and address issues as they arise to ensure maximum efficiency and consistent service experiences
  • Launch new initiatives and projects that improve upon support-related processes to meet changing customer needs

Requirements

  • BA/BS in business administration or a related field
  • 3 to 5 years of experience coordinating multi-functional and geographically diverse teams
  • Extensive skills in banking operations, project management, change management, system implementations, consulting, vendor management, business analysis and operations management
  • Proven ability to design and implement processes that result in increased profitability, performance and efficiency
  • Key strengths in the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical persons

Benefits

  • Medical Insurance: The Company will contribute a maximum amount of R9,360-00 per month (amount will depend on the Employee’s Medical Aid plan) towards the Company’s Medical Aid
