We invite you to join our Information & Digital Technology Team. 

The main purspose of the job is to develop and maintain current and future system integrations and components. You will also be responsible for participating in requirements analysis and decomposition, design, development, internal testing, and the documentation of same for the application-to-application integrations, including troubleshooting existing integrations and providing technical support to the applications and service desk teams. 

Minimum Requirements    

  •  BSc in Computer Science or industry equivalent qualifications. 
  •  Minimum 3 years Integration Development experience. 
  •  Proven experience in overseeing the linking of cross-functional applications between disparate         business units and systems. 
  •  Experience with business and technical requirements analysis, business process modelling/mapping and methodology development, and        data mapping. 
  •  Confidence and experience with API protocols and schemas such as SOAP and REST. 
  •  Experience with securing integration scenarios using appropriate authentication, authorization, non-repudiation, and data encryption               methods. 
  •  In depth knowledge of Database Tools and T-SQL. 
  •  Experience with iPaaS technologies an advantage. 
  •  Strong knowledge of system and software quality assurance best practices and methodologies.
  •  Experience in structure release and deployment best practises.

Duties and Responsibilities    

  •  Develop and deploy internal and external system integrations. 
  •  Securely leverage software vendor APIs within integrations.
  •  Configure, test, deploy and administer Electronic Data Exchanges (EDI) 
  •  Develop, test, deploy and manage the workflows on the Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS)
  •  Ensure that all integrations are secured end-to-end.
  •  Administer, maintain and monitor all integrations deployed.
  •  Maintain detailed change log and related design documentation versions for all integrations. 
  •  Prepare Root Cause Analysis reports for integration failures within production.
  •  Provide technical assistance and support to the Service Desk team should a ticket relate to an integration.
  •  Partner with the applications team to leverage their knowledge about the source and/or target system and the underlining data.
  •  Partner with the network, infrastructure, and security team members to deploy best practise and secure implementations of the                     Integrations.
  •  Partner with project management team members to ensure solution implementations are completed on time, within budget and in full.
  •  Complete annual internal audit, external audit and group IT audit on all integrations, address findings and implement mitigations.
