• We have an exciting opportunity for a Systems Manager: Planning to join our Technology Team. This position will be based at Our Support Centre in Kuilsriver and will report directly to the Technology Solutions Manager

By taking on this opportunity, you will be responsible for leading the team and 3rd parties in the following areas:

• Merchandise Financial Planning (MFP)
• Assortment Planning (AP)
• Merchandise Management Systems (MMS)
• Demand forecasting, replenishment and allocations
• Fashion Store clustering
• Pricing (m/downs/deals)
• Innovation

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

• Ensuring that all relevant systems are available, stable, secure, effective, and provide accurate information/data to the business and customers (internal/external) alike to transact and execute their duties seamlessly.
• Continuously benching, reviewing, researching, recommending, developing, and implementing new and or changes to systems and processes through PMBOK within the function, department, and Company.
• Offering coaching, leadership, and training to develop staff and drive consistent performance.
