Purpose:  To  interact and engage with customers, present wine tastings & tours and process sales in order to ensure an excellent customer experience, increase sales and brand visibility.

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12
• A relevant tertiary qualification in the wine industry will be an advantage
• Experience in the hospitality industry will be an advantage
• Ability to communicate (verbal and written) in English is required
• Ability to speak a second language (other than English) will be an advantage
• IT literacy on an advanced level (Word, Excel & SAP)
• Weekend work required (2 weekends per month)
• Code 10 driver’s license ( PDP would be an advantage)

• Attend to walk in customers and visitors
• Provide information and education regarding KWV brands and offerings
• Process sales on Point of Sales system
• Conduct wine tastings as well as food and wine pairings
• Conduct tours of the facilities
• Administrative duties
• Ensure that the facilities are adhering to safety and quality standards at all times
