Qualifications & Experience

• A Grade 12 or NQF Level 4 qualification.
• Clinical Knowledge is an added advantage
• Demonstrate a professional image.
• Time management & good administration skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Basic Computer literacy skills.

Duties and Responsibilities    

• Telephone skills with soft skills 
• Attention to detail for capturing clinical patients notes on the readmission model system
• Fast learner 
• Willing to start immediately 
• Communicate effectively with our 3rd parties 
• Meet strict daily call targets 
• Problem solving skill that will meet patients clinical needs
• Patient care coordination 
• Effective Communication with the multi-disciplinary 
• Team player
• Patients clinical risk identification.
• Great listening skills
