Minimum Requirements:
- Proven experience in server management, cloud technologies, and IT infrastructure.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing and troubleshooting server OS and related services including Windows Server, AD, DNS, and Group Policy.
- Deploying and managing cloud technologies such as Azure, AWS, and Office 365 services.
- Overseeing infrastructure elements such as server hardware and virtualization technologies.
- Implementing backup and disaster recovery solutions along with DR testing.
- Enhancing IT security through managing firewalls, endpoint detection and response (EDR), software services, security policies, and penetration testing.
- Designing, troubleshooting, and implementing network solutions.
- Setting up and troubleshooting hosted PABX systems.
- Utilizing Microsoft Power Platforms in projects.
- Providing technical leadership in project management, scoping, and documentation.
