Minimum Requirements    

• Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Culinary Qualification
• 3-4 years’ experience doing similar job.
• Flexibility and willingness to work overtime as and when required
• Drivers licence
• Computer Literate

Primary Duties    

• Menu Planning and Costing
• Meal preparation within Budget
• Inventory control.( ordering, receiving and issuing)
• Stock taking and variance reporting
• Asset Verification
• Staff Supervision

• Handling and resolving Customer queries and complains
