Are you someone who can:

  • Receives loaded and validated deals, converts and concludes the actual sale, and structures
  • deals as per the clients’ needs

  • Meets production targets (sales objectives), such as Rand Value, Non-interest Revenue, Value, Added Products
  • Conversion of Approved New Business Applications, First Time Approval, Number of Outbound Calls / Productivity,
  • Lead Management within agreed standards.
  • Contributes to profitability and managing returns, and provides quotes within mandates, as pre-defined on the system.
  • Prepares credit submissions for judgmental assessments.
  • Manage teams within the context of defined processes, set required performance parameters and act as technical coach where required
  • Implement people resource planning in line with delivery and performance objectives, on budget and in partnership with specialized areas

You will be an ideal candidate if you:

  • Minimum Qualification – Matric
  • Preferred Qualification – Diploma in Sales and Marketing or Related field
  • Experience – One to three years in Sales and Marketing, call center environment (in/out), financial industry.
