1. Schedule service appointments and allocate resources effectively to meet service center goals.
2. Ensure all customer inquiries and complaints are handled in a timely and professional manner.
3. Maintain accurate records of service center activities and transactions.
4. Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock is available for service appointments.
5. Collaborate with technicians and service advisors to ensure a seamless workflow within the service center.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in a service center or automotive industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other computer systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
