Job Description

  • In this role you will execute against specific client support related activities, compiling, analysing, and interpreting sales data, writing client reports, and constructing presentations.

Key Accountabilities

  • Work with day to day contacts at the client
  • Resolve client inquiries related to databases and other key aspects that impact client deliverables and liaise with internal teams as necessary
  • Understand NielsenIQ tools and solutions
  • Analyze and interpret sales data
  • Deliver final reports and presentations  

Required Skills

  • Client service skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills & visualization skills – interested in storytelling techniques
  • Knowledge with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
  • Strong Organizational & interpersonal skills
  • Strong Business English knowledge, both verbal and written

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • University degree
  • Strong analytical mind and excellent numerical skills
