Job Description
- In this role you will execute against specific client support related activities, compiling, analysing, and interpreting sales data, writing client reports, and constructing presentations.
Key Accountabilities
- Work with day to day contacts at the client
- Resolve client inquiries related to databases and other key aspects that impact client deliverables and liaise with internal teams as necessary
- Understand NielsenIQ tools and solutions
- Analyze and interpret sales data
- Deliver final reports and presentations
Required Skills
- Client service skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong communication skills & visualization skills – interested in storytelling techniques
- Knowledge with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
- Strong Organizational & interpersonal skills
- Strong Business English knowledge, both verbal and written
Education & Experience Requirements:
- University degree
- Strong analytical mind and excellent numerical skills
