Your key responsibilities
- Produce timely and accurate IBOR investment data under tight deadlines, managing competing priorities, and analyzing multiple inputs to meet operational objectives.
- Research and analyze data exceptions whilst maintaining system and business controls to ensure data integrity.
- Execute and analyze a wide variety of daily and periodical data reporting and quality control queries in a timely and accurate manner.
- Perform root cause analysis of data errors and provide short-term and long-term solutions for issues, elevate issues when appropriate.
- Monitor and ensure data quality by using existing business knowledge to create test cases and examine reports that ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Escalate issues when needed to the appropriate support team, ensuring that data issues are resolved efficiently and quickly.
- Identify and escalate potential control gaps in a timely manner to ensure resolution and to decrease impact.
- Assist with client onboarding by performing data reconciliations.
- Effectively manage client specific mailboxes.
Your skills and experience that will help you excel
- Bachelor’s degree
- One year of relevant work experience
- Detail oriented analytical mindset
- Results-focused self-starter
- Familiarity with MS Excel and MS Word
- Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects and tasks
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in an analytical environment
