- Diploma in at least one of the following disciplines:
- Human Resources, Labour Relations and Industrial Psychology
- Minimum 2-3 years HR administrative experience
- Previous experience in working for NGO in HIV/AIDS environment will be advantage
- Ability to learn and work independently
