  • Diploma in at least one of the following disciplines: 
  • Human Resources, Labour Relations and Industrial Psychology
  •  Minimum 2-3 years HR administrative experience
  •  Previous experience in working for NGO in HIV/AIDS environment will be advantage
  •  Ability to learn and work independently
  •  Good problem-solving skills
  •  Organizational and administrative skills
