The Key responsibilities for this role are to:
- Directing and overseeing project development from inception to completion

Recommended Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent diploma in Engineering or Project Management
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, encompassing all project development and execution aspects
- Project Management certifications
- Proficiency in project management software
- Preferably PMP registration through PMI
- Demonstrated personnel management experience.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Adaptable to shifting priorities and timelines with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Prompt and efficient response to project adjustments
- Flexibility during periods of change
- Effective communication with team members and contractors from diverse backgrounds
- Persuasive, encouraging, and motivating demeanour.
- Ability to garner cooperation from various sources, including upper management, clients, and other departments.
- Skill in defusing tension within project teams
