Minimum Requirements    

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management and system implementation
  • In-depth knowledge of operational systems and fuel management practices.
  • Excellent project management skills, with experience managing complex, cross-functional projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Leadership: Drive the strategic planning and execution of fuel management initiatives, ensuring alignment with the organisation’s sustainability and cost optimisation goals.
  • Project Management: Oversee and manage all fuel-related projects from inception to completion, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring they meet quality, time, and budgetary targets.
  • Team Development: Lead and mentor the Fuel Management team, promoting a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Operational Oversight: Manage depot and on-road fuel management systems, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring efficient operation.
  • System Implementation: Lead the deployment of fuel management systems, facilitating user training to ensure effective adoption and utilisation.
  • Financial Management: Oversee financial aspects including budgeting, billing, reconciliations, and supplier negotiations to ensure cost-effectiveness and accuracy.
  • Performance Analysis: Develop and implement KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools for comprehensive performance tracking and informed decision-making.
  • Technology Integration: Leverage IoT, telematics, and analytics to enhance fuel management efficiency and innovation.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all fuel management activities comply with relevant policies, standards, and regulations, and lead the development and revision of SOPs.
