Job Description

To formulate and implement a segment agnostic scored capability to increase market penetration and ensure sustainable business growth.

To provide direction and ensure the achievement of service excellence in a high-volume environment.

  • Develop a scored strategy aligned to business strategy to ensure business growth and sustainability.
  • Establish a data-led sales capability that balances growth, risk and return to enable scalable scoring functionality.
  • Increase market penetration across origination channels to strengthen the business’ market position.
  • Set and deliver targets in consultation with regions for sales service by identifying effective and efficient drivers.
  • Align strategic objectives with specific performance measures and control systems to track and monitor progress.
  • Establish, implement and maintain sound business processes that minimize risk and deliver quality and seamless customer experience.
  • Optimize fulfilment processes and re-engineer as required to maximize the service delivery objectives and customer experience.
  • Ensure optimized customer experience and service throughout the value chain.
  • Source, analyze and implement market research findings and trends to develop innovative solutions to increase market penetration and ensure sustainability and future competitive growth.
  • Cultivate and manage objective working relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders including channels of origination and enablers.
  • Establish mutually beneficial relationships with stakeholders that support thought leadership, innovative and integrated practice solutions.
  • Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers’ expectations through proactive, innovative, and appropriate solutions.
  • Maintenance of expert knowledge on relevant legislative amendments, industry best practices and provision of proactive advice and solutions to relevant stakeholders.
  • Facilitate the conversion of knowledge and ideas into new or improved products, processes, and services.
  • Manage designated product development projects from inception to final execution, including post implementation evaluation.
  • Ensure integrated view and reporting of relevant business information.
  • Report on and / or find solutions to items resulting from findings by internal or external audit and client management risk.
  • Identify and encourage participation in activities that are appropriate for own and employee development in area of responsibility.
  • Manage team or teams in areas of responsibility in delivery against performance targets and achievement of wider human capital objectives.
