About the role

passionately process travel requests from designated Zutari travellers, in accordance with the Zutari Travel Guidelines & Directives and our Company’s internal processes, ensuring that the travellers feel confident that the best options have been given for them to make an informed decision.

Role Responsibilities

• Process and respond promptly to all travel requests ensuring that the travellers’ specifications and requirements are met.
• Ensure that travellers are informed at first contact of all travel requirements specific to a destination.
• Carefully check all documents for accuracy and quality and submit to the travellers/travel bookers within prescribed time frames.
• Understand and apply all technology used for operational effectiveness.
• Apply fare and system knowledge to source the most cost-effective fares.
• Process all visa requirements, where applicable.
• Continuously check and/or monitor changes to traveller’s passenger profile sheets, update and advise line manager.
• Clear to-do list (Q) at least three times a day.
• Utilise preferred suppliers for the provision of services, where possible.
• Proactively monitor industry-related issues and advise clients accordingly.
• Understand and apply Zutari-specific policies and procedures.
• Report all incidents affecting/involving travellers and take regular guidance from the Line Manager.
• Build confidence in travellers, ensuring they are delighted with the information received.

Minimum requirements

• Grade 12 of schooling or similar as appropriate globally.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience
• Competent in English business writing and able to communicate by email or telephonically, internally, and externally to persons at different levels (e.g., travel bookers, travellers, suppliers).
• Travel Agent certification will be an advantage
• All Global distribution training i.e., Amadeus, Travel Port etc will also be an advantage.
