Requirements

1. Demonstrates problem analysis techniques and is creative and innovative when handling workstation problems.
2. Gathers relevant information from the customer, other users, documentation, and communications systems.
3. Coordinates with peers and additional resources for incident analysis, resolution, and management.
4. Provides direct client support to resolve computer issues.

Qualifications

1. Three years of experience in an Avaya environment preferred.
2. Avaya certification is a plus.
3. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field required
4. 3+ years of experience in software development and/or IT architecture.
