RCL Foods is seeking a dynamic and strategic Brand Manager to join our Culinary Portfolio team. The role will be based in Westville or Gauteng reporting into the Marketing Executive.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to drive brand growth, market share, and consumer engagement within the culinary category. This role requires a passion for food, strong leadership skills, and a track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns.

Minimum Requirements    
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, preferably within the food industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive brand growth and market share.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for food and culinary trends
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Duties & Responsibilities    
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand marketing plans aligned with business objectives and consumer insights.
  • Drive product innovation and portfolio expansion by identifying market trends, consumer needs, and competitive landscape analysis.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product development, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Manage advertising, promotion, and digital marketing campaigns to maximize brand visibility and customer engagement across multiple channels.
  • Conduct regular performance analysis and market research to track brand performance, identify growth opportunities, and recommend strategic adjustments.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and key stakeholders to support brand initiatives and partnerships.
  • Lead and inspire a team of marketing professionals to foster creativity, collaboration, and excellence in execution.
  • Budget management and financial accountability for all marketing activities within the culinary portfolio.
