What you’ll be doing:

  • Inbound and Outbound Call queries: End to end query management within SLA, and logged in CRM accordingly
  • Shipment creation and changes in line with HSEQ Offloading Rules and Weighbridge Calculator, cost efficiency
  • Collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure successful execution of schedules and escalating deviations from plan whilst ensuring stakeholders are communicated to Communicate to Customers and Sales deviations from plan
  • Reporting to internal Stakeholders
  • Preventative and post event returns follow up
  • Performance reporting
  • Investigating queries and deviations
  • Ad hoc support on planning/scheduling
  • Shift role which is aligned to Depot operations.

What you’ll have done before:

  • NQF Level 6 or, 
  • 3 Years experience in a scheduling environment
  • 5 Years Customer experience

  • Consistently perform at a in line with delivery control KPI requirements
