What you’ll be doing:
- Inbound and Outbound Call queries: End to end query management within SLA, and logged in CRM accordingly
- Shipment creation and changes in line with HSEQ Offloading Rules and Weighbridge Calculator, cost efficiency
- Collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure successful execution of schedules and escalating deviations from plan whilst ensuring stakeholders are communicated to Communicate to Customers and Sales deviations from plan
- Reporting to internal Stakeholders
- Preventative and post event returns follow up
- Performance reporting
- Investigating queries and deviations
- Ad hoc support on planning/scheduling
- Shift role which is aligned to Depot operations.
What you’ll have done before:
- NQF Level 6 or,
- 3 Years experience in a scheduling environment
- 5 Years Customer experience
