Your responsibilities will include:

  • Bulk Recruitment: Lead the recruitment process for bulk hiring in a call center environment, ensuring the acquisition of top talent to meet our business needs.
  • Multi-channel Sourcing: Utilize various channels including job portals, social media, and employee referrals to source and screen potential candidates effectively.
  • Interview Management: Schedule and conduct interviews, providing valuable feedback to candidates and hiring managers to ensure a positive experience for all stakeholders.
  • Strategy Development: Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and programs to attract and retain top talent.
  • Collaboration and Relationship Building: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and identify qualified candidates, while also building and maintaining relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.
  • Event Participation: Represent Mango5 at recruitment events such as job fairs and networking events to promote our employer brand and attract top talent.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously update and improve recruitment processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Strong Administration skills: strong administration skills are vital for ensuring the smooth running of our recruitment processes.

This includes:

  • Document Management: Keeping accurate records of candidate information and interview schedules.
  • Communication: Managing emails, calls, and other correspondence with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Data Organization: Handling resumes, application forms, and recruitment data securely and confidentially.
  • Coordination: Arranging interviews, meeting rooms, and logistics for recruitment events.
  • Compliance: Ensuring adherence to company policies and legal requirements throughout the recruitment process.
  • Record-keeping: Maintaining detailed records of recruitment metrics for analysis and improvement.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you’ll need:

  • Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience in a call center environment
  • Matric or equivalent qualification
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proven ability to work well under pressure and meet targets.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in recruitment software and tools
  • Solid understanding of recruitment best practices and trends
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and proactive attitude
