Key Responsibilities:

  • Telephone and Reception duties: Screening of calls, accurate message-taking skills, handling of general enquiries, assist walk-in customers
  • Conduct stock checks
  • Assist in movement of stock items received and being dispatched
  • Tracking of daily waybills and managing delivery of goods
  • Communicate with customers and couriers to track goods
  • Maintaining an accurate filing system (invoices, checklists, credit notes etc)
  • Supplier management: Generate GRN’s as required | process and maintain a meticulous record of supplier tax invoices and statements | reconcile statements with Pastel suppliers’ ledger | prepare monthly statements | manage accurate spreadsheets
  • Debtors support: assist in managing invoices and POD functions
